I built a radio presenter who tells stories and news from the SC Verse. It would be great if he played music from a local folder and then told news after 1-3 songs. So, a variant of "RadioChatter"

Thats an interesting idea.
It would most likely be a new skill and not an extension of the RadioChatter skill, but let me see what I do.
Not a promise, just a "lets test this".
