Ability to save a items to a TO-DO list for future reference, and ability to reference this in future conversations. for example: "Remind me to do task X when i arrive at location Y"

The "when I arrive at location X" part can't work in games that don't have an API (like SC) because Wingman can't know when you're there. If you tell tell it "remind me of X when I'm at Y" and you later tell it "I'm at Y now", it should already remind you just by using pompting.

But there is also a Timer skill that can remind you in X minutes etc.
