Sometimes when I ask for a commercial route, the answer can be long, and if my request was not quite correct, I can't stop wingman's speech, other than going to the interface and clicking on stop playback.

It would nice possible to stop it by asking to stop or simply asking something else.

That's generally what voice assistants do, at least when we use the "magic word" like "Ok, Google", "Alexa" or "Tell me Siri" etc.
